1. What are 2 key differences between the photo where you zoomed in with the camera lens or zoomed with your feet?
- When you place the camera, farther to your subject and use the farthest lens zoom(55mm), (1)your subject will remain looking like it's true to its size (like the face, the body shape) and (2)it's less awkward for the photographer and the model. On the other side, when you move the camera nearer to your subject, (1)the subject will tend to look more swollen and wide and (2)more awkward as the camera is too near to the model. 2. What effect does zooming with a lens give you? -More smooth outcome and equal amount of light 3. What effect does moving closer (zooming with your feet) give you? -More detailed outcome and the background is more blurry. Lots amount of light in different spots. 4. In what situations might you want to use each? -I will use the zooming with the lens when taking portrait photos as portraits emphasizes faces and placing yourself nearer to the model won't be the best choice. I'll use the zoomed with your feet when I try take some things that I want to be detailed, like for example I want to take a picture of a ring, it will look more attractive if I just focused on the ring instead of having too many distractions in the background, and in order to achieve that, I would have to move closer to my subject.
